MERL holds personal information as part of customer records and other electronic documents on which personal information is contained which are stored on our information technology systems and servers operated by third parties who provide services to us in connection with our business.

If we do not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can contact OAIC. The OAIC is independent to us.

MERL may update this Policy from time to time. We may let you know of significant changes to this Policy by posting a notification on our website. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. The current version of this Policy will always be available on our website and was last updated in February 2023.
